This was a promotional item by Nissay, a huge Japanese insurance company. The picture shows a green pen but there are many colors and we will choose yours randomly. The graphics on the pen are different depending on the color but this will give you an idea of what to expect. The ink color of all pens is black. The pen comes with the paper sleeve that has the One Piece graphics on it.
