This soft plush Elmo in new with tag and was purchased at Universal Studios Japan. It has two ways you can attach it: by beaded chain or by included pin. His eyes are hard plastic and he has a stiff open mouth with an Elmo tag around his neck. It measures about 15cm tall (about 6") and would attach to your bag easily or hang from your rear-view mirror.
