Released at the start of the February 2026 season, this blend is crafted using a unique "high-pressure extraction" method to mirror the strength and intensity of a sumo bout. It’s a sophisticated coffee that balances deep roasted notes with a surprisingly clean finish. There are multiple can designs and we will choose them at random. 185 grams
