🌟 The 3 Authentic Tea Profiles

Each section highlights a specific regional specialty:

1. 宇治抹茶 (Uji Matcha - Kyoto): The gold standard. A smooth, vibrant green tea chocolate with an elegant bitterness and a rich, creamy umami finish from Kyoto's historic tea fields.
2. 加賀棒ほうじ茶 (Kaga Bocha Hojicha - Ishikawa): The roasted specialty. Made from the stems of the tea plant, this Ishikawa favorite offers a deep, smoky, and toasted aroma that is incredibly sophisticated.
3. 静岡和紅茶 (Shizuoka Wakocha - Shizuoka): The rare find. Unlike Western black tea, this Japanese Black Tea from Shizuoka is naturally mellow and sweet with a floral scent and almost no astringency.
